After 3 days of almost constant interruptions and my computer deciding to shut itself off 5 times, It's finally finished!

First time doing the magic glow around Twilight's horn and the howitzer shell. Took way longer than it should've.

Part 3 of my "*Pony* finds a *tank name*" orientated vectors.

Edit: Made both ponies eyes more accurate. Added more eyelashes for Twilight and added Rarity's eye shadow.
